3. Booking & Payment Terms
All bookings must be confirmed through our website or authorized communication channels.
Full payment is typically required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment partner (Liqpay).
Prices listed include applicable VAT unless otherwise mentioned.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to villaverdeua@gmail.com. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:
More than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund
15–30 days before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund
Exceptions may apply for force majeure (e.g. flight cancellations, medical emergencies), subject to documentation and case-by-case approval.
5. Changes by the Customer
Changes to existing bookings (e.g. date changes or guest details) may be allowed if availability permits. Additional charges may apply.
6. Changes or Cancellations by Villa Verde Travel
If a booking must be changed or cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative of equal or greater value, or a full refund.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Villa Verde Travel is not responsible for:
Delays, losses or damage caused by third-party providers (e.g. airlines or hotels)
Weather-related changes or travel disruptions
Acts of nature or government restrictions
8. Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing separate travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical costs, or lost baggage.

We collect and process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR). We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent.
